Virus Testing
BioVir is one of a handful of laboratories in the nation which performs enteric or total culturable virus testing on environmental samples in-house. Our laboratory maintains multiple cell lines and produces virus "seed" for challenge studies. We are nationally recognized for our expertise in environmental virus testing and have worked with utilities, consultants, and Federal and State governments on routine sampling, special studies and emergency virus outbreak investigations.
