Drinking Water Treatment Unit Testing
BioVir performs Drinking Water Treatment Unit testing under ANSI/NSF Standards, the EPA Guide Standard and Protocol for Testing Microbiological Water Purifiers (1987), and custom protocols. Focusing mainly on microbiological contaminants (cyst, bacteriophage, virus, bacteria,
bacterial spores), our dedicated testing facility is completely equipped to assess the efficacy of a treatment unit in removing or inactivating microorganisms. In addition, we are capable of performing Extraction Studies and have association with a number of testing labs in order to provide one-stop testing services for our clients.
Frequently we assist a manufacturer / designer by performing baseline data collection studies on their pre-production models. The information collected can translate in tremendous cost savings for our client in both certification testing dollars and in avoidance of production costs associated with last minute modifications
